Northlands (Tierra Del Rio North) is built around a beautiful mountain that offers amazing views. The community landscaping was designed to blend with the natural arroyos and surrounding desert.

The common areas include amazing Ramada’s made of reclaimed wood that provide a rustic desert charm. A bicycle/pedestrian asphalt path boarders the west side of the community for residents to use. There are three tot lots throughout the community, the largest offering many play options for children.
